It goes without saying (2022)
Plaster, korex, acrylic, timber, steel [185 x 50 x 50cm] & [189 x 50 x 50cm]
Made at my home in London as our studio's weren't accessibel during our final term, this work was rather problematic. I needed to make something that could, whilst at differing stages of completion, last outside.
The blue paint splattered all over my parents patio and irreversibly stained it. I had to spend majority of my budget hiring a van to take it to Oxford and as a final hurrah for my degree show I was less than impressed with the outcome.
The idea still looms large in my head awaiting for the time and place of which I can re-make this work to the appropriate standard.
